Hammer Curls

1. These can be done either seated or standing
2. Using dumbbells, perform curls with palms facing each other




Barbell Curls

1. These are performed standing. You can use a straight bar or an EZ-Curl bar.
2. Keeping your upper body still, perform the curl without swinging the bar or cheating.
